Full-Time Sr. Partner Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join our Partner Sales Management team. This role focuses on driving partner-driven sales growth. This is a strategic role combining strategy, sales engagement, and execution, requiring a results-driven approach. Success depends on developing and accelerating partner ecosystem growth within the US Financial Services (FS) Insurance & Wealth Management business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a go-to-market business plan in collaboration with Area Sales leadership.
• Ensure alignment with corporate partnership and channel strategies.
• Drive focused results to accelerate partner growth.
• Leverage business knowledge to excel in the competitive marketplace.
• Partner with ServiceNow partners to generate new business.
• Build strong relationships with partners at all levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth.
