Full-Time Sr. Product Designer

You will:

• Interface with the Product Managers and improve our overall design process

• Ensure the quality of our designs

• Solve the UX challenges that our product faces today

• Implement handoffs between Product, Design, and Engineering

• Perform UX research and speaking to customers to gather feedback

• Own the design system and ensure its implementation is accurate

• Project management of the different design team priorities

• Participate in design reviews with multiple stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience in design and product management, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Passion for design and desire to create delightful user experiences.

• Startup experience preferred
