About the RoleRethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market success and position our solutions for impact. This role is ideal for a data-driven storyteller who understands the healthcare space and knows how to turn insight into action.
- Know the Market – Stay ahead of trends, competition, and client needs through research, feedback, and performance insights.
- Craft Messaging That Connects – Researche customer preferences and evaluate product performance. Develop clear, differentiated value propositions and messaging for target segments. Build and evolve buyer personas to guide strategy.
- Fuel Sales & Marketing – Create and maintain compelling assets—decks, case studies, videos, and more—that support the full funnel. Partner with sales and marketing to ensure that customer targets and product messaging are effective.
- Launch with Impact – Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches and key initiatives.
- Measure What Matters – Set and track KPIs, report performance, and refine programs based on data.
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years in product marketing with a track record of successful launches and end-to-end program execution
- Background in healthcare, health plans, or benefits navigation strongly preferred
- Experience translating product capabilities into buyer-relevant benefits
- Skilled in positioning, persona development, and content strategy
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator
- BA in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
