Sr. Technical Consultant (TC), ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions
Functional and technical expert in the ServiceNow Expert Services Team.
Role Focus: Consulting with customers and configuring the ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain (Source-to-Pay) Product Line (Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable). Goal: Accelerate customer business outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Optimize and leverage ServiceNow best practices, focus on configuration.
- Process Support: Define, re-engineer, improve & analyze current/future-state processes during customer workshops.
- Solution Capabilities: Advise customers on utilizing standard ServiceNow capabilities.
- Design Workshops: Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology.
- Documentation: Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, knowledge transfer documentation.
- Technical Oversight: Guide and train customer system administrators throughout the engagement.
- Project Delivery: Lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery, including partner resource oversight and unit testing.
- Integration: Develop integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) with multiple systems.
- UI/Mobile: Develop and enhance UI and mobile components using the ServiceNow framework.
- Deliverables: Prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on technology, ensuring solution quality.
- Project Management: Manage multiple and complex projects/initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement for delivery/engagement materials.
- Sales Support: Support specific sales activities as needed.
- Mentoring: Provide training and mentoring to ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem members.
- Travel: Up to 50% travel annually.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of configuration/development experience in complex, global organizations within Finance, Supply Chain, or Source-to-Pay.
- 2+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow, with current ServiceNow CSA, CAD certifications, and Finance/Supply Chain Solution Accreditations.
- Proven ability to influence and consult within Finance, Supply Chain, or Source-to-Pay organizations.
- Strong understanding of leading Finance, Supply Chain, and Source-to-Pay systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, etc.).
- Experience with Web Technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO).
- Strong programming skills, experience designing and building scalable web services, proficiency in web technologies (XML, REST, JSON).
- Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to work with diverse cultures.
- Proven team player and team builder.
