Full-Time Sr. Technical Consultant (ServiceNow)

Role: Sr. Technical Consultant, ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions (Source-to-Pay)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical expert optimizing ServiceNow best practices.
• Support engagements in process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow's standard capabilities for process improvement.
• Lead customer design workshops on ServiceNow platform and solution technology.
• Guide customers in documentation, including business requirements for technical aspects.
• Prepare technically-focused user stories, acceptance criteria, and knowledge transfer.
• Guide and train customer system administrators.
• Lead technical aspects of project and solution delivery.
• Develop integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.).
• Develop and enhance UI and mobile components using ServiceNow framework.
• Prepare customer-facing deliverables and ensure quality.
• Manage multiple complex projects/initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery/engagement materials.
• Support sales activities (as needed).
• Provide training and mentoring to ServiceNow delivery team and partners.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in configuration/development in complex, global organizations in Finance, Supply Chain, or Source-to-Pay.
• ServiceNow Expertise: 2+ years configuring/developing ServiceNow, with relevant certifications (CSA, CAD, Finance & Supply Chain solution accreditations).
• Consulting Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in Finance, Supply Chain, and Source-to-Pay organizations, providing thought leadership.
• System Knowledge: Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Source-to-Pay systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Oracle Procurement Cloud).
• Technical Skills: Experience with Web Technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO), SaaS technologies, programming skills, scalable web service design, XML, REST, and JSON.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
• Teamwork: Proven team player and team builder.

Travel: Up to 50% travel.
