Full-Time Sr. Technical Consultant, ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain

A Sr. Technical Consultant (TC), ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions is a functional and technical expert in the ServiceNow Expert Services Team focused on customer engagement teams – consulting with customers and configuring the growing ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain (Source-to-Pay) Product Line.

What you get to do in this role:

• Serve as the technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices.
• Support process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis.
• Advise customers in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow Solution’s standard capabilities.
• Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology.
• Guide customers in completing required documentation.
• Draft technically-focused user stories, their acceptance criteria, testing strategy.
• Guide and provide oversight/training for the customer’s future system administrators.
• Lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery for engagements.
• Develop required integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) with multiple systems.
• Develop and enhance UI and mobile components using the ServiceNow framework.
• Prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on the technology.
• Promote continuous improvement practices for delivery/engagement materials.
• Support specific sales activities when required.
• Provide training and mentoring to other members of the ServiceNow delivery team.
• Up to 50% travel annually.

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

• At least 3+ years of configuration/development experience in Finance, Supply Chain.
• Preferably at least 2+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and Finance & Supply Chain related Solution Accreditations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in Finance, Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding with leading Finance, Supply Chain related systems and tools.
• Experience with Web Technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
• Strong programming skills.
• Experience in designing & building scalable web services.
• Proficiency in web technologies like XML, REST, and JSON.
• Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.
• Proven team player and team builder.
