6sense is seeking a Staff Field Sales Operations Lead to work with North American Enterprise and Strategic Sales teams.
This role will analyze results, make business recommendations to senior management, and support rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to Sales leaders, leveraging data for insights, GTM strategies, and business scaling.
- Develop, implement, and manage the annual GTM plan, processes, systems, reports, and strategies to meet goals.
- Improve reporting and processes for actionable data.
- Support field team targets, segmenting business goals and measuring attainment.
- Drive improvements to increase effectiveness in achieving results.
- Support business activities like Monthly and Quarterly Reviews, reporting, and metrics.
- Advocate for Sales teams to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management.
- Drive simple and scalable solutions to complex problems.
What you bring
- 5-8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, supporting Sales leadership.
- Ability to learn technical solutions, understand industry and segment opportunities, and use data models for strategic insights.
- Passionate, detail-oriented, analytical, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Superb communication and customer relationship skills, with strong analytical insight and advocacy for Sales teams.
- Collaboration with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Excellent project-management skills, able to communicate complex results clearly.
Salary Range: $132,870 to $194,876
