About The Role: Outbound Product Managers are vital for scaling as a fast-growing business unit. They combine product knowledge, market insights, and a passion for guiding roadmap development and communicating value to GTM, partner, and customer ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality enablement content showcasing product value, focusing on Lead & Opportunity Management within Sales & Order Management.
- Deeply understand and document customer use cases and success outcomes to influence product roadmaps.
- Develop best practices and early product demos to boost customer and partner adoption.
- Act as a trusted resource, promoting CRM product vision with industry influencers, strategic partners, and analysts.
- Collaborate closely with Inbound Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Success, and Technical Alliances to define strategy, release themes, GTM plans, and customer adoption.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Product Management or related experience with Sales Force Automation (SFA), including Lead & Opportunity Management.
- Experience in Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Action-oriented, hands-on approach with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with customers, executives, colleagues, and third parties.
Compensation: $163,600 - $286,300 base pay, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
