About The Role: Outbound Product Managers are key to help scale as one of the fastest-growing business units at ServiceNow. They combine a deep understanding of product capabilities and market dynamics with a passion to inform roadmap and help GTM, partner and customer ecosystem understand value delivered.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality enablement content describing product innovation value, focusing on Lead & Opportunity Management capabilities of Sales and Order Management.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and success outcomes to influence product roadmaps.
- Develop best practices assets, including early product demos, to drive product adoption by customers and partners.
- Become a trusted resource promoting CRM product vision with industry influencers, strategic partners, and analyst firms.
- Work closely with Inbound Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Success, and Technical Alliances to define product strategy, release themes, go-to-market, and customer adoption plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams to accomplish goals.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Product Management or related experience in the SFA domain.
- Experience in Solution Consulting/Solution Architecture/Enterprise Architecture is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong bias towards action, hands-on with product, and sense of urgency.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with customers, executives, colleagues, and third parties.
