Strategic Account Executive
This position is available in Dublin, Ireland and Remote - United Kingdom.
As a Strategic Account Executive (AE), you are responsible for the renewal and growth of strategic accounts in the French-speaking regions, ensuring all key metrics are delivered.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas
- Close customer contracts with the largest companies in Europe
- Build and grow pipeline, accurately forecast, cold call and prospect account base for new opportunities
- Identify and win new business accounts
- Increase sales, develop leads, and close opportunities
- Develop territory strategy plans and specific account plans
- Expand installed base and articulate/deploy a multi-product strategy
- Create and implement demand generation plans within territory
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor
- Build relationships with customers through all phases of the life cycle
- Maintain accuracy in Salesforce
- Develop a process for meaningful customer experience
- Create strong partnerships with Customer Success, Solution Architects, Solution Services, Marketing, Business Development team, and legal team
- Leverage internal and external tools to improve customer information
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years B2B SaaS experience with strategic enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees)
- Exceed quota and ability to close $1M+ deals
- Native French speaker
- Sold into a C-Suite and with customers through all phases of the life cycle
- Understands various stages of typical solution sales cycle
- Proven track record of exceptional sales success and operational excellence
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Entrepreneurial attitude, self-motivated, accountable approach
- Ability to follow through and meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to change

- Sold for products in the growth stage and build proposals with a multi-product strategy
