Strategic Account Executive

This position is available in Dublin, Ireland and Remote - United Kingdom.

As a Strategic Account Executive (AE), you are responsible for the renewal and growth of strategic accounts in the French-speaking regions, ensuring all key metrics are delivered.

  1. Meet and exceed sales quotas
  2. Close customer contracts with the largest companies in Europe
  3. Build and grow pipeline, accurately forecast, cold call and prospect account base for new opportunities
  4. Identify and win new business accounts
  5. Increase sales, develop leads, and close opportunities
  6. Develop territory strategy plans and specific account plans
  7. Expand installed base and articulate/deploy a multi-product strategy
  8. Create and implement demand generation plans within territory
  9. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor
  10. Build relationships with customers through all phases of the life cycle
  11. Maintain accuracy in Salesforce
  12. Develop a process for meaningful customer experience
  13. Create strong partnerships with Customer Success, Solution Architects, Solution Services, Marketing, Business Development team, and legal team
  14. Leverage internal and external tools to improve customer information

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years B2B SaaS experience with strategic enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees)
  • Exceed quota and ability to close $1M+ deals
  • Native French speaker
  • Sold into a C-Suite and with customers through all phases of the life cycle
  • Understands various stages of typical solution sales cycle
  • Proven track record of exceptional sales success and operational excellence
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, self-motivated, accountable approach
  • Ability to follow through and meet deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable to change

Requirements

  • Sold enterprise platforms or solutions to IT, Learning, and Engineering, and tech leader decision makers within the Engineering Org
  • Sold for products in the growth stage and build proposals with a multi-product strategy
