Job Details
Boulevard seeks a Strategic Account Manager to strategically manage customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with client decision-makers.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging product knowledge and customer insights to upsell.
- Manage all strategic, commercial, and renewal discussions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to reach revenue goals and maximize client lifetime value.
- Negotiate contract renewals, expansions, and price increases to improve NRR.
- Develop comprehensive account plans.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and R&D teams.
- Maintain accurate client records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Strategic Account Manager or similar role.
- Proven experience managing key accounts ($100k-$1M ARR).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent listening and selling skills.
- Strategic thinking about business, products, and technical deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple decision-makers.
Compensation:
$140,000 - $200,000 OTC, depending on experience.
