Job Overview
Salary Range: $110-130K + incentives. Remote role with 50% Nationwide travel
Position Summary
The SAM works directly with the Vice President Strategic Accounts (SAM VP) to ensure that strategic accounts are successful. This position will work closely with customers, leadership, and internal departments.
Job responsibilities:
- Act as senior point of contact with customers and establishes productive, professional relationships.
- Responsible for managing the customer relationship and developing strategic plans.
- Works closely with customers to ensure the service delivery meets customer contracted requirements.
- Analyzes the key performance indicators (KPI’s) to develop and/or implement action plans.
- Grows current business through cross-selling and up-selling other services.
- Meet assigned sales quota and expectations for profitability for assigned accounts.
- Monitor and assist with client billing and collection issues
- Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process with each assigned customer
Your attributes:
- Understanding of operations account management processes
- Sales software, CRM/ERP (Salesforce etc.) and related technology
- Ability to identify and close sales opportunities
- Interpersonal and cross functional relationship building
- Available for 50% travel domestically
Experience Required:
- Previously worked in the facilities services industry
- Experience managing janitorial services
- 3+ years of strategic, account management
- Proficiency with Excel and Salesforce
- Experience working with large, multimillion dollar, National accounts
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required
