Strategic Accounts Manager, Single Family Builders
Drive growth and profit through managing interfaces with key national builder accounts. Manage national accounts in building materials and develop business strategies. Build strong relationships with builder accounts. Create professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Direct account responsibility for National Builder locations in the eastern half of the United States.
- Implement National Builder Account strategy and communication to stakeholders (builders, field sales, local partners).
- Coordinate with National Account Managers and field sales for successful implementation at national and local levels.
- Collaborate with key personnel (Vice Presidents, National Accounts Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Field Sales, Marketing, Financial Team) to develop pricing and programs for National Accounts.
- Maximize growth and profitability of the National Builder Program.
- Lead contract negotiations with National Builder Accounts (internal and corporate). Utilize resources including legal, marketing, and senior management.
- Develop and implement account plans for each customer in the builder segment, communicating plans to internal and external parties.
- Represent Therma-Tru, Fypon, Larson, and Fiberon in national builder associations and conferences.
- Handle challenging conversations with customers (e.g., price improvement, program requirements).
