About This RoleOur team is scaling an exceptional strategic customer experience across our Enterprise Segment. We are hiring a Strategic CSM in the Americas (ideally, located in the PST time zone). You'll guide Ashby's biggest customers, focusing on product adoption and customer health.
Role Requirements
- Strong track record (at least 5 years) of customer success in B2B SaaS, supporting complex technology implementations and adoption.
- Managed varying sizes of customers and books of business in the enterprise segment.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations).
- Become a product and industry expert, tailoring trainings and product walkthroughs.
- Clear communication skills; explain complex concepts simply, present to executives and individual contributors.
- Excellent listener; understand the customer voice for internal stakeholders and the product roadmap.
- Love to teach and consult; explore business outcomes and consult on process change.
- Detail-oriented; send crisp follow-up emails on time; take pride in real-time CRM updates.
- Move fast; leverage tools and technology to maximize time.
- Constantly look for ways to improve work through data.
