We’re seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Operations team as a Strategic Supplier Partnerships Manager. The ideal candidate is a high-potential individual ready to solve interesting and challenging problems.
Refine our strategic supplier partnerships model to meet current and future needs, and reduce inefficiencies through deep data analysis.
Responsibilities include: establishing and managing relationships with new and existing suppliers, leading partnership strategy and execution, collaborating with category experts to achieve business objectives, and applying analytical rigor to optimize our supply chain.
In this high-visibility role, you'll work on strategic supplier management and sourcing initiatives impacting SquareTrade's business success.

- Passion for operations, interest in analyzing data, optimizing processes, and driving product/service improvement.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers to deliver business outcomes.
- Strong investigative skills to identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in supply chain management.
- Analytical skills to understand 'what', 'why', 'how', and 'when', backed by data.
- Detail-oriented, ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (required); Master's degree (preferred) in relevant fields (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Economics, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, supply chain, or business operations.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; SQL knowledge a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for fact-based decision-making.
- Proven ability to execute strategy.
- Experience working with OEMs, Part Distributors, Technician Networks, and SaaS providers.
- Supplier management experience (RFPs, RFQs, performance scorecards).
