The Role: Student Success Team Lead
Student Success is at the crossroads of retention and student experience.
We work with students to support them in completing their studies and obtaining their certifications through proactive outreach, assisting with removing barriers and celebrating their accomplishments.
The Student Success Team Lead is accountable for achieving or surpassing student re-enrolment target objectives within designated Keypath Academic Partners.
Responsibilities include coaching their team, providing relevant training and troubleshooting at-risk issues to support student success.
Collaborate with the Student Success Manager to implement new processes, deliver retention outcomes, and motivate the team.
- People Leadership: Coach and develop your team to meet study period targets.
- Performance and Development: Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth.
- Employment Relations: Manage low-level employee issues; escalate concerns to leadership.
- Training and Development: Facilitate new starter inductions and training rollouts.
- Talent Retention: Actively coach and manage team performance to retain top talent.
- Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment initiatives.
- Foster a Culture of Accountability: Support a positive collaborative environment.
- Be a Change Champion: Advocate for and support change initiatives.
- Performance & Operations: Drive the team's day-to-day management to meet KPIs/targets; maintain positive student experience.
- Sales Management: Maintain and manage processes (SOPs, training materials).
- Process Management: Manage processes and protocols.
- Championing the Customer: Gather and share student feedback, educational trends, performance metrics to inform student-centric strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Support leaders in solving business challenges; improve performance and student experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage internal stakeholder relationships.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Success, Account Management, and Growth functions.
- Fulfilling other duties as assigned.
