Full-Time Supplier Intelligence Analyst

Position Summary: The Supplier Intelligence Analyst will report to the Manager, Supplier Intelligence. The Analyst will support the team in obtaining, validating, and managing declarations and other information for suppliers, with the intention of making a strategic impact on the success of customer programs.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Work on proactive supplier initiatives to reduce support tickets and frustrations.
• Leverage and share compliance documentation/supplier information.
• Increase response rates through data analysis.
• Source compliance documentation from internal and external sources.
• Source suppliers’ contact information to improve engagement.
• Review and validate compliance data submitted by suppliers.
• Upload documentation and information to the Assent database.
• Research, validate, and update supplier information across systems.
• Handle ticket responses from Lighthouse suppliers.
• Work with Program Success to meet client expectations.
• Stay updated with new regulations and changes in Assent’s products.
• Follow corporate security policies.

Qualifications:

• Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications (Excel and G Sheets).
• Great verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma.
• 1-2 years related work experience (administration, reporting, research & data).
• Knowledge of standard and non-standard regulations.
• Solid Excel and data management skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
