Full-Time Supplier Lifecycle Manager

Supplier Lifecycle Manager is an individual contributor role leading Supplier Lifecycle Management and developing/implementing other processes/programs within the Sourcing and Procurement Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor/analyze supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost, risk, sustainability).
2. Collaborate with sourcing/procurement teams, conduct supplier audits, identify improvement areas.
3. Work with business stakeholders to document action plans optimizing supplier performance.
4. Lead supplier segmentation processes, design/implement supplier lifecycle programs/governance models.
5. Be a subject matter expert on supplier relationship management (periodic business reviews, performance measurement, supplier improvement plan creation/tracking).
6. Design a common methodology for supplier performance measurement across the company.
7. Lead periodic supplier segmentation processes to identify strategic suppliers.
8. Design a governance framework for supplier relationship management based upon supplier segmentation.
9. Advocate for implementing supplier performance measurement approaches for strategic suppliers.
10. Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement/report supplier performance measurement processes.
11. Define best practices for integrating supplier performance measurement results into supplier business reviews.
12. Develop/maintain standardized templates/best practices for supplier business reviews.
13. Advise business/sourcing functions on supplier performance improvement processes/practices.
14. Identify opportunities to integrate supplier performance measurement results into supplier selection/onboarding/sourcing processes.
15. Develop/maintain a process for identifying/designating Preferred Suppliers.
16. Drive a process to identify/proactively offboard critical suppliers (collaboration with sourcing, business, & legal stakeholders).
17. Other Center of Excellence processes/programs as needed.
18. Experience leveraging/critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree & minimum 8 years of related experience OR equivalent education/experience
• Excellent communication (internal/external resources)
• Strong organization/time management skills (multi-projects)
• Expert knowledge of office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Expert knowledge of supplier governance/supplier relationship management
• Working knowledge of sourcing processes & standard business practices/procedures
• Solid judgment/decision-making skills
• Influence management skills (internal/external stakeholders)
• Data gathering/analysis skills
• Ability to work independently/strong work ethic

Compensation: $112,200 - $196,400 (base pay) + equity/variable/incentive compensation + benefits.
