Full-Time Supply Chain Analyst

• Daily and weekly standard management in Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce, Merchant integrated WMS platforms, Outbound forecasting updates.
• Present regular forecasting updates to supply chain leadership.
• Work directly with the Forecasting management team to support alerts to Operations and Merchant teams.
• Liaise with the Fulfillment Center Operations and external Merchant teams on Outbound orders, promotions, sales, and inventory-impacts on forecast.
• Track new merchants and their projected outbound shipments.
• Use data informed reports and analyses to identify process failure/ common issues within all forecasting, support tasks.
• Provide support in running and maintaining the Outbound forecasting model.
• Share knowledge with other teams, partner sites and management on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain/e-commerce fulfillment operations is a must.
• Intermediate to Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency is a must.
• Willingness to learn about the above technologies and demand forecasting.
• Qualitative and quantitative research skills and creative problem solving required.
• Established ability to proactively work with and engage with a variety of stakeholders.
