Job Details
Oversight of key activities: ERP transactions (manual & EDI), vendor/business partner relationships.
Daily processes & Data Management: Day-to-day processes, data management (data mining, modeling, analysis), cost/benefit & problem analysis.
Ad-hoc queries & reports: Ad-hoc queries, maintaining reports from various resources.
KPIs: Analysis & reports of weekly & monthly KPIs.
Order & Ship/Receiving: Collaboration with stakeholders for successful order & ship/receiving.
Communication: Clear communication with team members, vendors, and customers.
Logistics solutions: Delivering solutions to logistics problems with high-quality service.
Continuous improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives, identify inefficiencies, and cost optimization.
Protocols & practices: Develop & implement protocols & practices for strategic logistics.
Inter-department projects: Support inter-department projects.
3PL flows: Monitor & standardize 3PL flows.
Experience requirements: 5+ years in supply chain management, in-depth knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), experience with EDI a plus.
Technical skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel - Advanced/Expert, Word, Outlook - Proficient, PowerPoint), Project Management tools.
Process analysis: Experience in analyzing business processes, gathering & documenting requirements.
Deadlines & SLA: Meeting daily & weekly deadlines to achieve departmental SLA's.
Communication skills: Excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
Self-starter: Self-starter, completing tasks with minimal direction.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions, & levels in a global organization.
Organization & time management: Excellent organization & time management skills.
Analytical skills: Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
