Drive compliance programs within the supply chain, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements.

• Stay current with global regulations (PFAS, TSCA, RoHS, REACH).
• Conduct gap assessments between current processes and regulatory standards.
• Ensure accurate supply chain compliance data reporting.
• Coordinate responses to customer and distributor inquiries.
• Embed compliance requirements into processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Gap Assessments: Analyze current processes against evolving regulations (RoHS, REACH, Prop 65).
• Supplier Surveys: Conduct annual surveys for compliance documentation.
• Monitor Global Regulations: Keep up-to-date with global regulations impacting product compliance.
• Compliance Maintenance: Implement changes to meet compliance requirements.
• Risk Identification: Identify and mitigate risks related to product compliance within the supply chain.
• Tool Management: Manage third-party tools for tracking documentation.
• Supply Chain Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and insights for leadership.
• Compliance Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate, auditable compliance data.
• Customer & Internal Requests: Respond to customer inquiries and internal requests effectively.
• Internal Process Management: Streamline internal processes for managing requests from distributors.
• Internal Tools & FAQs: Maintain and update company tools with FAQs and key information.
