Supply Chain Compliance Program Manager
Drive compliance programs within the supply chain, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with global regulations.
- Conduct gap assessments.
- Ensure compliance with standards like PFAS, TSCA, RoHS, and REACH.
- Oversee accurate reporting of supply chain compliance data.
- Coordinate responses to customer and distributor inquiries.
- Embed compliance requirements into processes and procedures.
Regulatory Gap Assessments: Conduct gap analyses between current processes and evolving regulatory standards (RoHS, REACH, Prop 65).
Supplier Surveys: Conduct annual surveys of the supply chain for compliance documentation.
Monitor Global Regulations: Stay updated with global regulations requiring lab testing, identifying changes impacting product compliance.
Compliance Maintenance: Oversee and implement necessary changes to meet compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
Risk Identification: Proactively identify and mitigate product compliance risks within the supply chain; develop actionable strategies.
Tool Management: Manage 3rd party tools for tracking and managing documentation.
Supply Chain Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, metrics, and insights for leadership. Manage and maintain compliance-related data for accurate, auditable documentation.
Customer & Internal Requests: Respond to customer inquiries; ensure timely, consistent, and comprehensive communication. Establish and manage processes to handle large-scale requests from distributors and internal stakeholders. Regularly update internal tools with FAQs.
Minimum Experience: 5+ years in supply chain regulatory compliance, focusing on global regulations, with in-depth knowledge of RoHS, REACH, and emerging frameworks like PFAS restrictions.
Skills: Leading cross-functional teams; driving compliance initiatives across global supply chains; managing complex projects; conducting regulatory gap assessments and implementing compliance strategies.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable strategies.
