Order Fulfillment - Establish, Implement and Sustain Strategic process and supervise order management activity with all the relevant stakeholders ensuring RCA by reducing the backlog orders and enhancing the demand forecasting.
Customer Relationship Management - Effective customer visits with define measures and improvements with structured stakeholder engagement, resulting towards customer delight.
Logistic Claim Settlement - Effective implementation process for claim settlement by collaborating within cross functional team for faster claim settlement with overview of RCA and constructive discussions with CFT resulting better customer experience.
Warehouse & Transportation Coordination - Adopt Scrum approach (with Stakeholders) on customer pending lines and delayed shipments with correctives measures by checking timely line conversion for smooth fine leg operations.
Customer Reorder Management - Establish, Monitor and Motivate customers for onboarding into replenishment concept contributing the automatic order generation from customer and promoting healthy inventory at customer end.
Digitization - Expert in Logistics software Like ERP, Efocus, PBI and Ensure, effective implementation and track order to cash process through digital concept, liaising with digital partner.
Project Lead & Process Adherence - Ensure timely implementation of identified projects by assessing the risk for the project and formulating the solutions with cross functional team / stakeholders.
Operational Experts - Ensure key process for the region are aligned as per global standards & Participate to build knowledge with best practices sharing with different regions.
Skills
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical
- MBA in supply chain (desirable)
- 6-8 Years of experience in Customer Logistics Account Management (3-5 years) entry level experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Forecasting.
- Warehousing & Transportation desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of End to End Supply Chain Operations (Order Management, Demand Planning and Warehouse and Transportation management)
- Advanced knowledge of digital tool sets (E.g. Power BI, RPA, Tableau etc.)
- Advanced Project Management and analytical skills for decision making and risk management.
- Competent in communication skills for effective presentation internally and externally and stakeholder management
- Expertise in navigation of ERP systems (Preferably SAP) and usage of MS Office tools.
