AI Data Center Vendor Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced AI Data Center Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the procurement and logistics for our Client's cutting-edge AI data center facilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data center infrastructure, supply chain management, and vendor relations across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for AI data center construction and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors in construction, electrical, plumbing, piping, data center cooling, and networking.
• Analyze and optimize pricing strategies for all data center components and services.
• Monitor and forecast supply chain availability to ensure timely procurement of critical infrastructure.
• Create and manage timelines for procurement, considering lead times and project schedules.
• Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for data center equipment and services.
• Implement AI and data analytics tools to enhance supply chain efficiency and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with data center design and operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the data center or IT infrastructure industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex supply chains with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including electrical, cooling systems, power distribution, and networking equipment.
• Experience with supply chain management software and data analytics tools.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in project management and timeline creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CPSM, or similar.
• Experience working with major AI data center companies or tech companies on their data center projects for AI workloads
• Experience with AI-driven supply chain optimization tools.
• Knowledge of green data center practices and sustainable procurement strategies.
