Full-Time Supply Coordinator

• Providing data around Transfer Success Rate (TSR) and volume patterns.
• Resolving sales order exceptions and escalated customer inquiries related to the status of shipments, cancellations and expediting of orders.
• Applying data analysis and process mapping to find solutions with cross functional partners.
• Driving optimal fulfillment activities from order induction through delivery and post delivery support.
• Executing order booking and releasing on PANC system.
• Interacting with Sales and customers to maintain and enhance good business relationships.
• Anticipating problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are processed timely and efficiently.
• Working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and process improvement opportunities.
• Collecting, analyzing, & interpreting data from various sources.
• Generating & drive actions for Farm to Selling Station & Selling Station to Slaughter Success Rate Dashboard.
• Providing transactional support from PGR, PGR, PR, PO and Inbound Systems Inventory transactions.
• Collaborating with Technology teams to track down core issues in IT systems, operations, and suppliers.
• Recommending process improvements.
• Providing high level analysis and reporting on Order Management matters and trends across the organization.

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field
• 1-3 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service or Order Management experience.
• Proficient computer software and data processing skills (MS Excel, Gsheet, Power BI, Oracle)
