About the Role: Our goal is to improve and enhance the Resident Supply Chain network to drive the best customer experience in a reliable and cost-efficient manner. The Supply Planner shares responsibility for procurement, production, and inventory management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with managing relationships with partner factories, suppliers, and fulfillment centers.
- Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to ensure data accuracy and maintain visibility into demand signals.
- Support communication across teams (operations, sales, finance) to track product status, shipments, and arrival dates.
- Coordinate with sourcing and operations partners to ensure timely shipments and maintain strong stock levels while managing costs.
- Optimize lead times, improve flexibility, and monitor raw material availability.
- Assist with cross-site communications and support stakeholders.
- Track and monitor KPIs, supporting production partners to meet shipment timelines.
- Utilize data to generate insights that contribute to alignment with internal teams and external partners.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4-6 years of hands-on planning experience and data analysis.
- 2+ Years of work or academic experience with SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills
- 2+ Years of work experience with planning tools (Toolio, Blue Ridge or similar)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Big Query, Looker or equivalent
- Self-starter comfortable working with data independently and collaboratively
- Experience with supply chain processes
- Experience in a fast-paced, start-up e-commerce environment
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
