THE POSITION: This position is responsible for growing new business revenue for EVERSANA’s Patient Services business. This individual will identify opportunities and create value for clients by leveraging solutions in EVERSANA’s Patient Services Business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independent, assertive, and confident business development.
- Maintain an established industry network within the biopharma space.
- Seek new business opportunities and strategically tackle them.
- Strong presentation skills and adept at client engagement.
- Articulate Patient Services engagement models in a consultative manner.
- Engage with leadership and BD team to enhance EVERSANA’s brand.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to create a selling strategy.
- Manage the sales cycle and collaborate with the BD team.
- Experience in managing and reporting on new business pipeline progress.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and market research tools.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
- Achieve/exceed new business revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the BD team to build pipeline.
- Monitor pipeline, record, and communicate relevant information.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for other BD colleagues.
- Guide prospects through the business development process.
- Work with leadership and Marketing to increase market awareness.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 15+ years of experience in life sciences sales/business development.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- High level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work in unstructured environments and multi-task.
- Strategic presence and ability to ‘roll up sleeves’.
- Excellent quantitative/qualitative skills
- Collaborative and a team player
TRAVEL: ~50%
HOURS: 40+ hours per week
SALARY: $250,000 - $275,000 (US only)
