Full-Time SWIFT Infrastructure Support

As a valued colleague, you will design and develop moderately complex solutions for IT infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications under limited supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Develop moderately complex solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.
• Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.
• Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Independently monitor advanced performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in engineering SWIFT technologies and infrastructure
• 2+ years of experience in engineering Linux and Unix Systems

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing, specifically migrating on-premise infrastructure to cloud environments
• Experience in other middleware/messaging products (e.g., IBM MQ, SQS/SNS)
• Experience with Python
• Experience in agile frameworks
• Experience using SharePoint, Confluence

Required Skills:

• Supporting SWIFT products (Alliance Cloud, Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform) and related components (HSM, Alliance Connect)
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies
• Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
• Programming (coding, debugging, relevant programming languages)
