RRD's Packaging & Labels Platforms is seeking a Systems Conversion & Support SME. This role involves traveling to facilities to manage the conversion of legacy systems to Enterprise ERP solutions. The SME will support functional areas including Estimating, Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Production Management.

Experience in a packaging print or labels facility or closely related environment is required. Travel is expected 25% or more of the time.

- Business and Process Assessment
- Solution Implementation and Training
- Process and Solution Compliance Auditing
- Collaborate on process & training material design
- Provide technical support for web-based delivery methods.
- Identify problems, trends, and performance gaps.
- Implement programs or projects as a Project Leader
- Communicate with stakeholders to set implementation strategy.
- Analyze evaluation data and prepare participant materials.
- Consult with business units to define training needs.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Packaging, Labels, or related environment with systems integration expertise.
- Experience in systems integration within packaging or printing.
- Strong understanding of the impact of a message on the organization.
- Ability to travel periodically.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
