Full-Time Systems Conversion Trainer & Support SME (Packaging/Labels)

• Manage the refresh/conversion of legacy MIS solutions to Enterprise ERP solutions.
• Support functional areas: Estimating, Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Production Management.
• Focus on Business Assessment, Process Assessment, Process GAP Assessment, Solution Implementation, Solution Training, Training Effectiveness Assessment, Process Compliance Auditing.
• Collaborate on process & training material design and development.
• Provide technical support for web-based delivery.
• Identify problems, trends, and performance gaps.
• Develop strategies to improve employee effectiveness.
• May serve as Project Leader for specific programs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to set implementation strategy.
• Apply evaluation methodologies for measuring training effectiveness.
• Prepare and distribute participant materials.
• Consult with business units to define training needs.
• Perform related duties and participate in special projects.

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• ERP support and conversion experience required.
• 3-5 years in Packaging, Labels, or related environment preferred.
• Subject matter expertise in key functional areas.
• Results-driven, execution-focused professional.
• Experience in change control management and managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of message impact on the organization.
• Ability to travel periodically to remote locations (25% or more).
