Job Details

Primary Objective: Drive CyberArk software sales revenue through strategic partners (advisory firms and global systems integrators). Focus on resale, self-consumption (managed services), and influence models within North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong regional relationships with C-level/Director/Operational partners.
  • Develop new client pipeline/revenue through target market focus, joint business planning.
  • Collaborate with sales, partner managers, and leadership on partner opportunities.
  • Manage and forecast partner co-sell opportunities.
  • Enable partner training and marketing activities.
  • Align with regional CyberArk sales teams to execute global plans.
  • Ensure customer success throughout the sales cycle, coordinating resources.
  • Grow partner capabilities to sell the CyberArk portfolio.
  • Enable successful partner go-to-market collaboration.
  • Execute sales strategies and plans.
  • Understand and implement channel sales effectiveness plans.
  • Collaborate with regional CyberArk teams for sales alignment.
  • Develop strategic partner plans to drive pipeline and bookings targets.
  • Conduct regular pipeline management with partners, portfolio planning, sales coaching, forecasting, and QBRs.
  • Represent CyberArk at partner events.

Skills Required:

  • 10+ years Channel experience with GSI and advisory partners.
  • Strong understanding of the North American partner network.
  • Strong sales track record.
  • Managed services experience.
  • Ability to work to targets, prioritize workload, and manage schedule.
  • Confident and articulate communication skills at all levels (presenting to large audiences).
  • 50% travel.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and creative in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: $142,000 - $187,000/year, plus commissions/bonuses. Base pay varies depending on experience.
