As a Talent Development & Culture (TD&C) Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to pivot into the People Team from another part of the business and bring a fresh perspective to how we connect, recognize, and grow our people.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery and coordination of learning programs (onboarding, recognition, engagement).
- Own logistics and program components (scheduling, content, invitations, follow-ups).
- Ensure materials are aligned with Turnitin's tone, values, and brand.
- Draft and format internal communications (learning, campaigns, events).
- Bring Turnitin's values to life through stories and inclusive messaging (Slack, Happeo, newsletters).
- Maintain templates, visuals, and messaging.
- Track program participation and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain content trackers, resource libraries, and metrics dashboards.
- Collaborate with Culture Leaders and Communications on event planning and message alignment.
- Ensure coordination across time zones.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in talent development, HR, L&D, Communications or similar.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet goals.
- Comfort working across teams and engaging with stakeholders.
- Data analysis skills.
- Initiative and creative thinking.
- Experience in a global or remote environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
