Technical and disciplinary responsibility for a team of 4 Key Account Managers located in France, UK and Germany.
Continuous coordination of team activities, priorities and sales activities.
Completion of the associated team manager tasks, e.g. performance appraisals, employee discussions, conflict resolution, team support, etc.
Communication of company regulations, strategic plans, market trends to the team.
Direct instrument sales of Semi Sensors, FabGuard (FDC, eOCAP, APC), Factory Scheduling Software, Vacuum/Pressure Sensors (VCP) and Leak Detection (LDT) to major semiconductor Fabs in Germany.
Responsible for strategic planning and implementation of sales goals and objectives for direct sales area with sales goal of approximately Euro 1-2M + the team sales.
Input to Sales Manager and Marketing as to annual sales goals and objectives for sales area.
Business Line feedback regarding instrumentation, strategy, application requirements and development, market trends and direction, competitive products and marketing, in addition to and including marketing assistance to business line.
Support of various marketing activities including trade shows, strategic industry committees, marketing campaigns.
Account management activity, forecasting, and recordkeeping on INFICON CRMUtilise all sales excellence tools – SPIN/FAB, DUCK.
Collaboration with Business Unit and Sales.
Ability to demonstrate all company products to a wide variety of potential customers.
Completed commercial or technical studies (Diploma / Master).
Minimum of five years accomplished sales experience in a customer facing role within a Semiconductor related business.
Minimum three years of leadership experience.
Strong business acumen, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills.
Able to demonstrate the capability to develop and grow Key Account business.
Autonomy and Motivation. Highly motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
Customer-oriented thinking and acting.
Willingness to travel throughout Europe as and when required. International travel may also be required.
Understanding of basic database and network architecture, along with strong technical competence in the Windows environment and Fab IT would be an advantage along with application knowledge of FDC and SPC and factory automation and Residual Gas Analysis and Vacuum Sensors.
Excellent English and German skills.
