Job Details
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our growing team in South Africa or Kenya.
You will play a versatile role in converting revenue potential into tangible results.
Responsibilities
- Daily support to the Sales team.
- Conduct Trustonic Product demonstrations.
- Understand and translate complex customer requirements, identify gaps and opportunities.
- Provide best practice, advice, and guidance on Trustonic solution implementation, deployment, support and operations.
- Collaborate with Product and Professional Services to scope Delivery work.
- Be familiar with customer roadmap and highlight potential risks and opportunities.
- Resolve reported problems (validate, involve relevant functions, provide prompt communication, and create Root Cause Analysis).
- Lead retrospective sessions (with or without customer).
- Share customer feedback within Trustonic.
- Inform customers about new features and their value.
- Liaise with sales, product, legal, PMO, engineering, and support.
- Collaborate with regional Sales teams to find new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Support and Engineering to resolve technical issues.
- Assist the Regional Delivery Manager during delivery and testing.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience with secure systems.
- SaaS-based company technical experience.
- Demonstrable customer-facing experience, planning, and executing complex customer rollouts.
- Domain expertise or experience with the telecom industry.
- OEM operations background with strong understanding of Android, UI/UX.
- Knowledge of Device Financing.
- Experience with Wrike or similar project management tools.
- Zendesk experience beneficial.
- First party locking solutions advantageous.
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
