Job Details

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our growing team in South Africa or Kenya.

You will play a versatile role in converting revenue potential into tangible results.

Responsibilities

  • Daily support to the Sales team.
  • Conduct Trustonic Product demonstrations.
  • Understand and translate complex customer requirements, identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide best practice, advice, and guidance on Trustonic solution implementation, deployment, support and operations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Professional Services to scope Delivery work.
  • Be familiar with customer roadmap and highlight potential risks and opportunities.
  • Resolve reported problems (validate, involve relevant functions, provide prompt communication, and create Root Cause Analysis).
  • Lead retrospective sessions (with or without customer).
  • Share customer feedback within Trustonic.
  • Inform customers about new features and their value.
  • Liaise with sales, product, legal, PMO, engineering, and support.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales teams to find new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Support and Engineering to resolve technical issues.
  • Assist the Regional Delivery Manager during delivery and testing.

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience with secure systems.
  • SaaS-based company technical experience.
  • Demonstrable customer-facing experience, planning, and executing complex customer rollouts.
  • Domain expertise or experience with the telecom industry.
  • OEM operations background with strong understanding of Android, UI/UX.
  • Knowledge of Device Financing.
  • Experience with Wrike or similar project management tools.
  • Zendesk experience beneficial.
  • First party locking solutions advantageous.
  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
