Daily Responsibilities:
- Meet sales territory budget and pricing expectations by growing account list and capturing new business (end users, OEMs, distributors).
- Leverage industry, technical, and internal WireCo knowledge to provide expert solutions.
- Manage sales channels to minimize conflicts, forecast volume, monitor inventories, and gain competitive intelligence.
- Build customer understanding and manage potential channel conflicts with guidance from your Industry Leader.
- Ensure customer issue resolution; escalate to sales leadership as needed.
- Manage travel and entertainment budgets to maximize customer interactions.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at accounts.
- Communicate with external stakeholders (customers, prospects) and internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-7 years relevant experience.
- Lifting, rigging, crane, or wire rope experience preferred.
- Strong East Coast US market knowledge.
- Live within driving distance of a major airport.
- Ability to travel 70-80% (including overnight).
- Valid driver’s license.
