This position is crucial for their expansion efforts in the East Coast, focusing on the Industrial Lifting and Crane market. You'll manage distribution partners and execute growth strategies for WireCo's products. The success of this role is measured by meeting sales territory budget and pricing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales territory budget and margin/pricing expectations by growing account list and capturing new business from end users, OEMs, and distributors.
- Add value by leveraging industry, technical, and WireCo knowledge.
- Manage sales channels and minimize potential channel conflicts.
- Build customer understanding in your territory.
- Ensure customer issues are addressed and escalated if needed.
- Manage travel and entertainment budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Maintain frequent communication with external stakeholders (customers) and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:
