For an International Distributor working in more than 30 countries in Europe and Africa we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager for the Baltic countries sales area, office based in Vilnius or home office based in the Baltic countries. You will be responsible for the business development of a selection of food ingredients and nutraceuticals in different branches of the food industry.
Experience with Starches and dairy proteins is extremely important to us.
- Analysis of the market and the product range of our suppliers to find new potential.
- Building a close relationship with our suppliers and customers.
- Visits of customers, analysis of their needs, creation of value propositions.
- Participation in production trials at the customer/implementation of small-scale trials in the application kitchen.
- Project management in close cooperation with the responsible Customer Service Manager.
- Alignment of the sales strategy for the product groups of the suppliers with the help of the Category Managers and the Country Manager.

Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology (or similar).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the food industry (production/sales) preferred.
- Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development.
- Exceptionally good communication, negotiation and analytical skills, high willingness to travel.
- Very organized, reliable, positive thinking.
- Very good knowledge of English, local languages and Russian (fluent in spoken and written).
