What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers and partners.
  • Troubleshoot issues.
  • Communicate with customers.
  • Manage critical issues.
  • Provide world-class support.
  • Receive cases electronically through the Support portal.
  • Answer questions for direct customers and partners.
  • Act as customer advocate.
  • Work with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide enterprise-level support for Ivanti products.
  • Participate in continuous improvement.
  • Proactively call customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

To Be Successful in The Role:

  • Experience supporting IT Service Management tools (e.g., Ivanti Service Manager/Service Desk, BMC Remedy/Helix, ServiceNow, Cherwell, Axios).
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident Microsoft Windows user.
  • Understanding of Database and Server Technologies.
  • Understanding of internet and network technologies.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated to develop technically.
  • Ability to cope under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Flexibility and open approach.
  • Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
