What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers and partners.
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate with customers.
- Manage critical issues.
- Provide world-class support.
- Receive cases electronically through the Support portal.
- Answer questions for direct customers and partners.
- Act as customer advocate.
- Work with cross-functional teams.
- Provide enterprise-level support for Ivanti products.
- Participate in continuous improvement.
- Proactively call customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
To Be Successful in The Role:
- Experience supporting IT Service Management tools (e.g., Ivanti Service Manager/Service Desk, BMC Remedy/Helix, ServiceNow, Cherwell, Axios).
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident Microsoft Windows user.
- Understanding of Database and Server Technologies.
- Understanding of internet and network technologies.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated to develop technically.
- Ability to cope under pressure and adapt to change.
- Flexibility and open approach.
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
