Job Description We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to monitor platforms in real time and warn others about issues.
- Ensure trouble-free functioning of the Software & Hardware (SH) complex.
- Immediately escalate SH operation abnormalities, following the approved escalation protocol.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and soft skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Diligent and quick response to information (tickets, monitoring, calls, notifications, chats, etc.)
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Upper-intermediate technical and English proficiency (spoken and written)
Nice-to-have skills
- Basic IT skills (Unix/Windows, SQL, networking, monitoring systems)
- 1+ years of customer support with foreign clients
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix), Jira, Confluence, Slack
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
