Devexperts works with respected financial institutions, delivering products and tailor-made solutions for retail and brokerage houses, exchanges, and buy-side firms.

Job Description We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to monitor platforms in real time and warn others about issues.

  • Ensure trouble-free functioning of the Software & Hardware (SH) complex.
  • Immediately escalate SH operation abnormalities, following the approved escalation protocol.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and soft skills
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Diligent and quick response to information (tickets, monitoring, calls, notifications, chats, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Upper-intermediate technical and English proficiency (spoken and written)

Nice-to-have skills

  • Basic IT skills (Unix/Windows, SQL, networking, monitoring systems)
  • 1+ years of customer support with foreign clients
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix), Jira, Confluence, Slack
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
