Technology Industry GTM Lead (AMS)
The Technology Industry Go-to-Market Lead (GTM) - AMS role collaborates with ServiceNow's customer-centric industry transformation sales teams and core functions (marketing, product, customer success, implementation partners) to localize ServiceNow Technology Industry solutions for the market and specific customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align with account teams to identify and develop strategic opportunities in strategic Technology clients based on industry solutions.
- Act as the regional point of contact for strategic technology accounts, engaging senior and C-suite stakeholders to elevate messaging and experience.
- Closely align with core and solution account teams across Technology sub-industries (Software, Hardware, Hyperscaler, SI/MSP, Data Center) to develop strategic opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with customer and partner executives, collaborate with sales leaders, and contribute to revenue growth in top Technology accounts.
- Develop industry-focused pipeline through executive education at industry events and business reviews.
- Partner with account executives to progress pipeline by infusing industry expertise into account strategy, and shortening deal lifecycles.
- Lead priorities with top partners to support industry leadership, enablement, and customer development.
- Analyze regional business trends, opportunities, and needs to fuel customer efforts and achieve KPIs.
- Utilize data to influence behavior and drive results. Develop multi-year strategies and track existing opportunities and key pursuits.
- Thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, managing urgent requests while maintaining a long-term vision.
- Attend marketing events, participate in C-suite engagements, and work with industry leaders and marquee account teams on specific customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes.
- 10+ years experience in the Technology Industry, guiding strategy, operations, and daily functions.
- 5+ years experience selling Enterprise Platform Software into Technology Industry organizations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships and influence senior leaders.
- Experience producing thought leadership content for an international audience.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to prioritize shifting workloads.
