The Technology Industry Go to Market Lead (GTM) – AMS role works with ServiceNow's customer-centric industry transformation sales teams and core functions (marketing, product, customer success, implementation partners) to identify and localize ServiceNow Technology Industry solutions.
Closely aligns with account teams in strategic Technology clients to develop strategic opportunities based on industry solutions. Serves as main regional point of contact for strategic technology accounts, connecting with senior and C-suite stakeholders to elevate messaging and experience.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Technology Industry, focused on educating executives and senior leaders about ServiceNow at industry events and executive reviews.
Partners with account executives to progress pipeline by infusing industry expertise into account strategies. Aims to shorten deal lifecycles by highlighting business value and competitive advantages.
Leads priorities with select partners to support industry leadership positioning, enablement, and customer development. Focuses on accelerating customer-focused pipeline priorities.
Analyzes the regional business to understand trends, opportunities, needs, and KPI impact. Uses data to influence behaviors and drive results. Develops multi-year strategies to penetrate the local market.
Thrives in a high-growth environment, balancing strategic planning with urgent requests. Typical day involves brainstorming, attending marketing events, engaging with C-suite stakeholders, working with industry leaders, and meeting with partner leaders.
Qualifications include:
- 10+ years experience in the Technology Industry.
- 5+ years of experience selling enterprise platform software in the Technology Industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers.
- Experience producing thought leadership content for international audiences.
