Full-Time Technology Industry GTM Lead AMS

The Technology Industry Go to Market Lead (GTM) – AMS is a role that operates together with ServiceNow's customer-centric industry transformation sales teams as well as core functions within the firm (i.e., marketing, product, customer success & implementation partners, etc.) to identify and localize the ServiceNow Technology Industry solutions to the market and to specific customers / buying centers.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Customer Focused Pipeline Development - Introduce and educate executives about ServiceNow through industry events, business reviews.
2. Sales Oriented Pipeline Progression - Partner with account executives to progress pipeline by infusing industry expertise (solution, messaging, etc.) into account strategy; help shorten deal lifecycles by highlighting business value and competitive differentiators.
3. Partner Development & Execution - Lead priorities with select partners to support industry leadership positioning, enablement, and customer development.
4. Analyze, Drive & Report on The Business - Analyze regional business trends, opportunities, and needs; use data to influence behaviors and drive results.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in the Technology Industry.
• 5+ years of Enterprise Platform Software sales experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers.
• Experience producing thought leadership content.
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.

Compensation:

Base pay of $189,100-$331,000 plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions offer competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation.
