Job Details

Territory Product Manager (E3/E4) for Consumer Goods (Braking, Filters, Rotating Machine)

Analyze customers and competitors for business strategy and value proposition by territory.

Become the expert of the market and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement territory product strategy to achieve aggressive sales targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  3. Gather customer requirements during visits and understand their business models and needs.
  4. Develop distribution analysis/market landscape to identify business prospects.
  5. Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop sales strategies.
  7. Provide input to sales proposals and presentations.
  8. Ensure stakeholders are updated on customer needs and value proposition.
  9. Serve as primary product expert, providing in-depth knowledge to stakeholders.
  10. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
  11. Execute new product/program launches.
  12. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  13. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-7 years experience in sales/marketing (automotive industry)
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results orientation
  • Ability to work with diverse groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Customer focus and service provider attitude
  • Ability and willingness to travel (up to 60%)
  • High self-discipline, motivation, professionalism, and accountability
  • Positive company ambassador and continuous improvement mindset

Eligibility: U.S. work authorization only. Sponsorship not available.

Compensation:

E3: $80,000 - $95,000

E4: $95,000 - $120,000
