As the Territory Manager, you'll work with customers of all sizes to reach sales goals by maintaining and growing relationships with distributors, dealers, and construction professionals.
With support from the inside sales and marketing team, you'll implement promotions, programs, and processes.
Ideal candidates possess outside sales experience in the decking or building materials space. You'll be highly autonomous, enjoy public speaking and product demonstrations, and be available for overnight travel.
Remote position based in the Denver, CO area, with anticipated overnight travel up to 50% per month. The territory covers North of I-70 and Wyoming.
Responsibilities include:
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, margin, and expense budgets.
- Improving KPIs (Fiberon Market Share, Dealer Share, Product Positions, Builder Share).
- Acquiring and retaining key dealers and users.
- Optimizing local distribution to grow market share.
- Developing the annual business plan with the Regional Manager, exceeding territory financial budgets.
- Conducting semi-annual Joint Business Planning Meetings with the RM and local distributors.
- Utilizing CRM and company sales processes effectively.
- Making effective presentations (in-person, Go To Meeting) to small and large groups.
- Gathering and reporting competitive programs, promotions, and tactics to sales and marketing management.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethics codes, ensuring team implementation.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid State-issued Driver's License
- 4+ years of outside sales experience
- Residence within the core geography
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enjoy public speaking and demonstrating products to diverse audiences

- Professional sales training program or certificate
- CRM experience
Compensation:
Salary: $95,000 - $105,000/year + commission based on territory performance.
