Territory Manager for Fiberon decking.
Work with customers to achieve sales goals by maintaining/growing relationships with Distributors, Dealers, and construction professionals. Implement promotions/programs/processes with support from inside sales/marketing.
Responsibilities Include:
- Sales, Margin and Expense budget achievement (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- KPI performance improvement (Fiberon Market Share, Dealer Share, Product Positions, Builder Share)
- Dealer and User acquisition/retention
- Optimizing local Distribution to grow Market Share
- Develop annual business plan with Regional Manager (exceeding Territory financial budgets)
- Conduct semi-annual Joint Business Planning Meetings with RM and local distributors
- Effectively utilize CRM and Sales Process
- Make presentations (F2F, GTM) to small and large groups
- Gather/remit competitive programs/promotions/tactics to Sales/Marketing management
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics codes
Basic Qualifications:
- Valid State Drivers’ license
- 4+ years outside sales experience (building industry experience preferred)
- Live in core geography (Utah/Southern Idaho)
- Microsoft Suite experience
- Enjoy public speaking and product demonstration
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional sales training
- CRM experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Compensation:
Hiring Pay Range: $81,000 USD - $113,000 USD. Annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan also available.
