As a Territory Sales Manager for our Fiberon Decking brand, you will work with customers of all sizes to meet financial sales goals by maintaining and growing relationships with Distributors, Dealers, and construction professionals.
With support of the inside sales and marketing team, implement promotions, programs, and processes.
Ideal candidate: has experience in millwork or building materials, outside sales, is highly autonomous, and can travel overnight approximately 8-10 times a month.
This remote position is based in Tampa, FL, or Orlando, FL. The territory covers Tampa, Orlando, and stretching south.
Responsibilities:
- Sales, Margin and Expense budget achievement (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
- KPIs performance improvement: Fiberon Market Share, Dealer Share, Product Positions, and Builder Share
- Key Dealers and Users acquisition and retention
- Optimizing local Distribution to grow Market Share
- Develops annual business plan with Regional Manager to exceed Territory financial budgets
- Conducts professional semi-annual Joint Business Planning Meetings with RM and local distributors
- Effectively and consistently utilizes CRM and the Sales Process of the Company
- Makes effective presentations using various methods (F2F, Go To Meeting) to both small and large groups
- Gathers and remits competitive programs, promotions, and tactics to Sales and Marketing management
- Adheres to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, ensuring communication and implementation within the team
Basic Qualifications:
- Valid State issued Drivers’ license
- 4+ years minimum outside sales experience
- Must live within the core geography
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enjoys public speaking and has ability to demonstrate products and company advantages to groups of all sizes

- Professional sales training program or certificate
- CRM experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
Salary: $81,000 - $113,000 USD
