As a Territory Manager for our Fiberon decking brand, you will work with customers of all sizes to meet financial sales goals by maintaining and growing relationships with Distributors, Dealers, and construction professionals. You'll implement promotions, programs, and processes with support from the inside sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales, Margin, and Expense budget achievement (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
- KPIs performance improvement: Fiberon Market Share, Dealer Share, Product Positions, and Builder Share
- Key Dealers and Users acquisition and retention
- Optimizing local Distribution to grow Market Share
- Develop annual business plan with Regional Manager for exceeding Territory financial budgets
- Conduct professional semi-annual Joint Business Planning Meetings with Regional Manager and local distributors
- Effectively utilize CRM and Sales Process
- Make effective presentations (F2F, Go To Meeting) to small and large groups
- Gather and remit competitive programs, promotions, and tactics to Sales and Marketing management
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics
Basic Qualifications:
- Valid State-issued Driver's License
- 4+ years of outside sales experience (preferably in millwork or building materials)
- Live within the core geography
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enjoy public speaking and demonstrating products
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Professional sales training
- CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot)
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
