Truck Tires Business Growth: Continental's Truck Tires business is expanding in a competitive market, leveraging advanced technology solutions to differentiate from competitors. The position requires a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales for new truck tire replacement solutions.
Consultative Approach: The successful candidate will provide consultative expertise and act as a trusted business advisor to dealers and fleets, integrating sales with new technologies and services.
Responsibilities Include:
- Retain and grow existing accounts, solicit new business.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain sales activity with key regional fleets and dealers.
- Motivate customers with high-performance products, technology solutions and expertise.
- Own product launch process.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies through market analysis.
- Resolve operational and administrative issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3+ years sales experience, or high school degree and 3-6+ years related experience.
- 1+ year experience in the tire, automotive, technology, or other relevant industry.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- Legal authorization to work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2-5+ years outside sales experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfort with digital technology.
