Job Details
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be involved in sales activities, business development and sale of MYLE, our electronic medical record, to front-line establishments in Canada. You will be the first sales team member based in the province of Ontario, focusing on the Ontario Health East region, including the greater Ottawa region.
- Establish communication with first-line healthcare establishments to present our range of products.
- Travel to clinics in Ontario to meet potential clients and present the functionalities of the MYLE application.
- Participate in the development of its territory and analyze new sales and upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate and participate in product demonstrations among potential users.
- Collaborate with the internal team to optimize sales and stand out from the competition.
- Ensure customer follow-ups and bridge the gap with the internal team if necessary.
- Establish/maintain strong relationships with existing clients and leverage them for new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the New Market Manager to increase overall sales quotas and win rates.
- University degree in business administration, communication, or other related discipline
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven prospecting and market penetration experience, in a similar sector (asset)
- Interest and passion for sales
- Determination and ease in establishing good relationships with clients quickly
- Team player with a positive mindset
- Good knowledge and autonomy in the use of technologies
- Known for excelling in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Advanced level of English (both oral and written)
- Knowledge of Ontario's provincial health system (asset)
- An experience as a Medical office assistant (MOA), customer service, or Marketing experience.
- Understanding of medical clinical processes.
- Prospective client lead generation tool experience.
- Salesforce software experience.
- This job requires commuting to our clients' offices (3-4 days per week)
- This job is located within the Ontario Health East region, including the greater Ottawa region.
- Candidates must have a car and a valid driver's license.
