Full-Time Trading Team Leader

Trading Team Leader at Perkbox Vivup, UK Remote

Oversee trading performance, drive margin and conversion growth through strategic merchandising and supplier partnerships.

Collaborate with B2C CRM, Customer Services, and Trade and Revenue teams.

• Trading: Own key trading KPIs, ensure product accuracy, improve product listings, and drive new product launches.
• Manage supplier relationships, optimize margins, address range gaps, and onboard suppliers.
• Communicate product launches and stock updates to key departments.

• Merchandising: Analyze data to maximize website sales and optimize internal search.
• Maintain expertise in product ranges, identify trends, and ensure popular products are available.
• Oversee promotional activity and drive sales/margin growth.
• Partner with the B2C team for quarterly communications, launches, and product insights.

• Website Management: Collaborate with Ecommerce to analyze customer behavior, user journey, and UX/UI.
• Implement online marketing and category promotions.
• Support the Head of Ecommerce & Trading in developing and executing strategies.

• Analytics: Define and monitor KPIs for ecommerce journey developments.
• Refine reporting processes and optimize data usage.
• Use Google Analytics to track customer behavior and performance.
• Monitor web analytics and internal data sources, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in online retail.
• Proven experience managing teams and collaborating with marketing/revenue.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 and conversion rate optimization.
• Ambitious, eager to develop new skills, motivate others, and build networks.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
• Commercial acumen, IT-savvy, strong numerical & analytical skills.
